Sherwin-Williams acquires Becker Powder Coatings USA

It is our pleasure to announce that on February 14th, 2008, Sherwin-Williams acquired the North American business of Becker Powder Coatings (BPC). The entire U.S. Becker Powder Coatings' team, including the plant in Columbus, Ohio, and more than 45 employees, are now part of the Chemical Coatings Division of the Sherwin-Williams Company. With more than 140 years of experience in product finishing technology, Sherwin-Williams serves the products finishing market through a North American network of company-owned locations and with expanding global reach.

The Sherwin-Williams family of products include Powdura® Powder Coatings, Sher-Wood® Wood Finishes, Polane® Polyurethane Finishing Systems, Kem Aqua® Waterborne Finishing Systems, and Ultra-Cure® UV Coating Systems.
